of our butters.

Liliko'I Broiled Salmon
- Liko Lehua Liliko'i Butter
- Fresh Ginger Juice (grated then squeezed)
- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Salmon Fillets or Steaks
Salt the salmon and rub with fresh ginger juice.
Broil in oven until almost done. Do not over cook. Spread layer of Liko Lehua
Liliko'i Butter on the top and broil until bubbly and slightly browned. Top
with fresh basil and serve.
Ham with Liko Lehua Pineapple or Guava Butter
- Liko Lehua Pineapple or Guava
Butter
- Canned or Precooked Ham
- Whole Cloves
Make diagonal slices on ham. Insert whole cloves into ham. Spread Liko Lehua
Pineapple or Guava Butter over top and bake at 325 deg until well heated and tender.
Baste with Butter as you continue to cook until heated through.
Drizzle Top
Cheese Cake
- Any flavor Liko Lehua Fruit Butter
- Cooled Cheesecake slices
Remove cover from your choice of Liko Lehua Butter
jar. Place in microwave and heat Butter for 10-15 seconds, just until you
can pour it. Do not overheat. Drizzle over cheesecake to make a nice design.
Top with fresh mint and a few brightly colored berries of your choice and serve.
Luscious Frosting
- 1 - 7oz Jar of Any Flavor Liko Lehua Fruit Butter
- 1 - 8oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 - 8oz Tub of Cool Whip
Blend the jar of Liko Lehua Butter into the cream
cheese until smooth and creamy. Fold into Cool Whip. Frost yellow or white
cake and top with fresh fruit of your choice.
Cream Cheese Spread
- Any flavor Liko Lehua Fruit Butter
- 8oz Softened Cream Cheese
Whip cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then blend
in Liko Lehua Butter a little at a time until you get the amount of flavor
you want. Spread on bagels, toast, crackers, etc.
Sweet Potatoes with Liko Lehua
Coconut Butter
Bake or boil potatoes until
tender. Slice open and top with Liko Lehua Coconut Butter and serve.
Fresh Fruit Crepes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 3 Tsp Grand Marnier (or any other liqueur)
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Melted Butter
- 2 Tsp Sugar
Put eggs, milk and water into a bowl and whisk until combined. Gradually add
the flour, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth. Add the liqueur
and the Butter and whisk again. Put a strainer over a bowl and pour the batter
into the strainer, insuring a smooth batter. Spread your favorite flavor Liko
Lehua Butter on cooked crepes, add fresh fruit of your choice and fold in half.
Top with whipped cream.
